After a thorough consultation, examination including high tech nerve scans, Dr. Ashley safely and gently uses chiropractic adjustments to optimize function. Common infant and childhood illness seen in our office include: trauma related to birth, colic, ear infections, ADD/ADHD, SPD, autism, bedwetting, allergies & asthma, acid reflux, latching difficulties, constipation, and plagiocephaly (malformations of the cranium).

Chiropractic & Children
Chiropractic care helps to reduce nerve stress and tension and restore normal function. Your spinal cord carries nerves that regulate, control, and supply the body. These nerves start at the brainstem, travel down the spinal cord, and exit out between two vertebrae. Misalignments also known as subluxations of the vertebrae of the spine may compromise the function of the nerve signals. Therefore, the brain has trouble sending single to the body and the body to the brain. This nerve disturbance can prevent the child’s body from functioning properly. Symptoms and illnesses occur many times when the body is unable to adapt to stress. The chiropractic adjustments help to restore proper function within the body. This allows the body to appropriately adapt to stress which increase its functionality.
